Steven J. Baker
My law practice focuses on the areas of personal injury, real property litigation, and insurance law. In the area of personal injury, I have experience handling a broad range of cases from motor vehicle accident injuries to slip and falls and other premises injuries. I also have successfully litigated claims against government hospitals and represented employees, such as railroad employees who have been injured and have a claim under the federal tort claims acts.
I have a science background and earned a Masters Degree in Chemistry. This background has provided me with an understanding of the more technical aspects of many issues and has proven to be very useful in dealing with complex personal injury and other types of litigation.
